FAQ
 
Question 1: why LED will continue to flash slowly after failing to add device?
Flashing slowly means that the device is WIFI connection router, if it connects more than 60 seconds, it failed. Under this situation, you may have entered the wrong WIFI password or data error during transmission. So users have to check the network of your mobile or WIFI router, make sure that no wifi router connection set have restriction, then try to reconfigure again.
 
Question 2: why can't the device be checked suddenly?
A. Please check if Wi-Fi password has changed, then check the LED status. If it flashes slowly, it means the device is disconnected with the WIFI router. Only reconfigure it; b. IP address of the device assigned by the router changes due to the network, and the results in the real IP address in contrast to the IP address saved by APP. With this situation, only output then reset the APP to re-obtain information about the device.
